aber nun gibt es was zu lesen und zu sehen vom AUFTRITT IN GENT[/size]. danke an das gb der band ;) (gott sei dank ist es wieder da!)

Nicht, dass ich auch nur irgendwas verstehen würd, aber ich hab den Eindruck, der Schreiber des Berichts war nicht so begeistert. :shock:  Aber vielleicht lieg ich da auch völlig falsch...

so mal ansatzweise, was ich mir so für mich rausgesaugt habe:

- technische probleme gabs wohl am anfang
- der schreiber musste während dem gig öfters an depeche mode denken (sehen wir es mal als kompliment...aber, wer ist depeche mode?)
- der gesang wird als warm bezeichnet
- die gitarre schuf eine tanzbare atmosphäre
- "sänger t. wendt gibt der performance schwung und charisma"
- der applaus war mehr als verdient

habe gerade noch ein paar bilder
 gefunden. leider nur drei :(

aber seit vorgestern bin ich schon fleissig am lesen und wollte euch das nicht vorenthalten ;) .

hier reicht es, französischkenntnisse zu haben,   das hier kommt erst richtig gut, wenn man es jemand anderem laut vorliest  :lol:  8) ! bei dem zweiten link hab ich dann auch die bilder entdeckt....
verstehen kann man , denk ich, doch so ein bisschen was. ;)

Na, dann soll ich mal dass ganze stuck uber den auftritt in Hollandisch ubersetzen... aber denn in English wann dass ok ist? (wann nicht: in deutsch werde dass länger dauern...)

After a small hour Sideratica stopped to make room for Diorama, well, that was at least how it was meant to be, but because the technical problems kept coming it took more then an hour before the patient audience was rewarded.
With a heavy beat Diorama flew in there. Why do I always think of Depeche Mode when I hear music like this? A bit bombastic tempered with a unctuous deep warm singing voice...
This time the guitar took a prominent role which caused for the indispensable solidness of the songs and added to the dansable atmosphere.
Singer Torben Wendt has the talent to give the pretty static performance of his band a little more schwung and charisma.
Then the heavy applause and cries for more afterwards was VERY earned....

So.... ein positives review darf ich dann sagen. Es gibt noch eine auf der net, hier ist es (aber auch wieder in Englisch....)

One of the bands that were to play before Diorama cancelled, so you would say the technicians would have had enough time to make everything flow and make sure the sound was great. Well, nevertheless there were a lot of problems. The boys had to wrestle themselves through soundcheck for an hour and still the people from Vooruit didn't get it right. The audience was getting a bit restless from waiting so long and seeing the guys soundcheck, so it took a little time before they warmed up once the show started. In the mean time, the band was having enough trouble as it was to get the thing flowing since at the first few songs (especially during Drowned and HLA) the drums and the guitar were not heard at all... Plus with a few songs the backing tape was off from what the band was playing... It took a few songs before the whole thing was running while Diorama were doing their upmost best to make the best show they could, given the circumtances... The highlight of the show was (at least to my humble opinion) Light, with a very beautiful and serene intro. They did well in the end, had a nice setlist and the audience was digging it and dancing on the heavy (and loud!) beats.
Shamefully enough while the crowd was finally getting into it, because Goethes Erben wanted to go on stage they were cut off early, and only got to play 9 songs.... the audience were very dissapointed to say the least, but Torben came up to the audience and said they wanted to play longer but weren't aloud to... and he got a well deserved few rounds of applause for taking that time, being humble and explaining it to them.
Shame... it wasn't Diorama's fault, it wasn't the audiences fault, but the show could have been better and longer if the technicians didn't f*ck it up. 8 points for Diorama, 8 for the audience, 0 points Vooruit..... Hope for a better one next time!

Steht auf das forum auch noch eine remark dass Diorama gut war aber Torben's stimme nicht.... ist aber kwatsch, seine stimme war super....!
(Mann muss nicht alles glauben was mann lest.... haha)
